  2. Let's face it, there is almost no way to be rated highly efficient in this system. It's rigged to keep you in the middle so they don't have to explain why you were highly effective one year and below effective the next. It was blatant today that nobody is buying this crap and that includes the admin. The best part is that all of the work we did to make common assessments will be for naught. Pearsons will be selling tests to the state and we will all have to use those.
